Business days is Monday-Friday.  During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

The shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that these estimates are based on standard shipping and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

Local Delivery and Pickup

Local pick is available in Greenwood, FL at no charge. Delivery within 30 miles will charge of $10 and usually delivered within 2 business days. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
